This time let’s get to know the Correlation between the DIABETES AND DENTURES(denture wearers).

Patients with the chronic disorder ,the diabetes can suffer tooth loss sooner or later if blood sugar levels go uncontrollable or fluctuations happen .This impacts the suitability stability of the traditional/modern flexi or implant-supported dentures.

What are Dentures?
Dentures are removable oral appliances to replace missing teeth.
Complete dentures or full mouth dentures.
Partial dentures.
Implant supported partial or complete dentures. 


Let’s learn the main underlying effects of diabetes:
Gum disease includes bleeding gum(GINGIVITIS).
Bad breath (HALITOSIS).
BURNING MOUTH SYNDROME.
Bone loss.
Dry mouth(XEROSTOMIA).
Tooth loss.
Oral thrush(CANDIDIASIS).
