Time doesn’t matter at what time are you choosing for the brushing.

Time of brushing is crucial for brushing before sleep importantantly as it removes all the sugars and stuck food that can be lead to overnight breeding of the bacteria causing cavities. Cavities further can cause or crop -up with more and more complex dental issues.

Treatment becomes difficult at time restoring the loss as it can further propagate to lss of teeth as well in case if grave negligence.

CHEWING GUM IS EXACTLY the SAME as brushing but not to be mistaken..

Brushing teeth before going in for the dental treatment or  maintenance of dental hygiene by hygienist.

This is not the case as you cannot run away from the actual condition visible and also will not hide the bad condition of the teeth in the last 6 months if been ignored.

Crowns and fillings (restoration) is a permanent solution to the teeth for rest of the life or in the coming future.
