HERE ,WILL BE GIVING YOU ALL AN OUTLINE OF THE MYTHS OR MISCONCEPTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN INFUSED IN THE MIND OF THE COMMON MASSES THROUGH MEDIA ,AGE- OLD DISCUSSIONS,OLD (ANCIENT SOURCES) CREATING FALSE IMPRESSIONS IN ONE’S MINDSETS.

Main problem now a days ,many platforms are available to showcase the information online.

These myths or misconceptions travel from. One person to another through word of mouth to which people ate setting pre- conviewed notions in their minds.

So dear readers ,viewers we need to understand is misleading and propelling or dragging common masses into major problems or unintended dental health issues.
Having correct information can affect the quality of oral health and wellbeing.

LET’S GO THROUGH THE Myths and misconceptions that develop over the time by just mere conversations amongst the masses without being Factual.

TOOTH LOSS IS GENETIC.
ORAL HEALTH ISN’T CONNECTED TO GENERAL HEALTH.
BRUSHING HARDER MEANS CLEANER TEETH.
TIME HARDLY MATTERS IN CASE OF THE BRUSHING HABIT.
BRUSHING TEETH BEFORE YOUR TEETH CLEANING VISIT BY THE HYGIENIST.
CROWN AND FILLINGS PROTECT AGAINST THE FURTHER DECAY.
DENTAL X RAYS ARE DANGEROUS.
YOU SHOULD AVOID DENTIST DURING PREGNANCY.
YOU ONLY VISIT THE DENTIST WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
TEETH WHITENING CAN DAMAGE YOUR TEETH.
PRIMARY TEETH ARE NOT PERMANENT SO DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEM.
SUGARS ROT YOUR TEETH.
CHEWING GUM IS A PLAUSIBLE ALTERNATIVE TO BRUSHING.
DIABETES DOESN’T REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL CARE.
GUM DISEASES ARE RARE AND THEY HARDLY AFFECT THE BODY EXCEPT THE MOUTH.
YOU NEED NOT FLOSS AT ALL.
IF YOUR TEETH ARE SENSITIVE, ENAMEL (TOP LAYER) HAS GOT WORN.
OIL PULLING HELPS YOUR TEETH.
YOU SHOUD BE USING CHARCOAL TOOTHPASTE.
NATURAL SUGARS ARE LESS HARMFUL THAN THE PROCESSED SUGARS.
THEY ARE ONLY JUST TEETH WITHOUT HAMPERING REST PART OF YOUR BODY.
YOU SHOULD RINSE IMMEDIATELY POST BRUSHING.
ALL THE TOOTHPASTE IS THE SAME.
MOUTHWASH CAN REPLACE BRUSHING.
IF YOUR GUMS BLEED WHEN YOU FLOSS,IT’S BEST TO LEAVE THEM ALONE.
THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE POOR ORAL HEALTH HYGIENE CAN AFFECT YOUR BODY CUM MOUTH.
IT’S NORMAL WHEN YOUR GUMS BLEED WHILE BRUSHING.
WHITE TEETH ARE HEALTH TEETH.
FLOURIDE IS DANGEROUS.
MY PARENTS HAVE A BAD BREATH ,DO I WILL SUFFER TOO.
LISTERINE CAUSES CANCER.
EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE THEIR WISDOM TOOTH REMOVED.
ALL DECAY HURTS.
BAD BREATH IS RELATED TO BAD DENTAL HYGIENE.
ONE CANNOT CONDEMN DENTAL HEALTHNON STRESS.
TEETH DECAY OR DISCOLORATION IS RELATED TO DRINKS AND FOOD WE INGEST.
IT’S BETTER TO STOP FLOSSING WHEN BLEEDING GUMS HAPPEN.
SENSITIVITY IS ONLY RELATED TO WORN OUT ENAMEL.
GUM DISEASE IS THE ENEMY FOR THE MOUTH.
IF NO PAIN,NO DENTAL CHECK-UPS REQUIRED.
DIET SODAS ARE FINE AS THEY DO NOT HAVE SUGARS.
ROOT CANALS ARE PAINFUL AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
ONLY CHILDREN NEED FLOURIDE.
YOU CAN WHITEN YOUR TEETH WITH BAKUNG SODA.
BLEACHING WEAKENS TEETH.

Above mentioned myths will make you aware that these myths shouldn't be adopted or embraced as these can limit your horizon regarding the information related to your dental well-being. 
Unknowingly, adhering to these dental myths can cause you harm.
So being able to identify the difference between the popularly-held misconceptions and the scientifically-proven facts can improve your quality of your oral health and subsequently your overall systemic wellbeing.
